The solution: we reorganised the operations of the National Trust by consolidating response centres from 16 to 9, improved
emergency
response time by 20%, and maintained 100% territory coverage. By renegotiating key supply contracts, outsourcing
non core functions
and centralising purchase we delivered yearly savings in excess of £3m per annum.
