Mr De Messan's previous career positions include Project Director with the United Nations, the European Union and the Pharmaceutical Company Milupa. Subsequent he worked as a private client investment manager and subsequently Operations Director at Edward Jones.

Before setting up PCR Ltd, he was Head of client Service Delivery at Performance Logic, acting as business strategy and operations consultant to companies both in the public and private sector and pioneering several award winning service delivery models for their clients. He is the Executive Director of PCR Ltd. Managing Director for Scotland. He holds among others qualifications an MSc in Operational and a is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA).
